Thank you for reading our shipping terms, please refer to the shipping times below, it will help you understand how long your package will take and hopefully help you control your best delivery time without delay and enjoy the ultimate shopping experience . We have 3 levels of shipping options: Standard, Express and Premium Logistics Services. Customers will enjoy free standard shipping (excluding shipping) over ₦10,000.
Delivery preparation:
All packages will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing the order. Packaging preparation does not include shipping time. Also, once your order ships, the tracking number information will contact you via phone call or email.
Shipping Notes:
Shipping times may be affected by different customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the estimates above, please contact us.
Reminder: Expect a call from our Courier Company Speedaf Logistics within the next 3 to 5 Days to schedule Time with you for the Delivery.
If you’re in LAGOS expect a call from Speedaf Logistics within the next 48hours upon delivery and 3-5 days if You Leave outside Lagos State.
Public holidays affect delivery times; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Normal service will resume immediately after the holiday.
It may take up to 2 days to update the order shipment before the tracking number is activated in the courier system. If the information does not appear on the courier website, please try again within 24 hours.
We ship all packages from domestic/warehouse. Free shipping will take effect on orders over ₦5,000.
Delivery time and shipping time may be delayed, and the exact arrival time cannot be guaranteed. The specific transportation situation will be known according to the feedback of the transportation company.
