Return and Refund Policy

Seller Return and Refund Policy:

Returns or exchanges within 14 days will be effective upon receipt of the item. 14 days money back guarantee from date of delivery, please adhere to the following policies:

For return information, please contact us at info.easyshopees@gmail.com 14 days of receiving the package. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the item.
We do not accept returns of merchandise unless the defect was caused by the seller, in which case they will be replaced, subject to availability, or refunded at the buyer’s discretion.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, well packaged, identical to the item you received, and not subject to resale. It must also be in the original packaging.
Redeemed gifts are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
All costs caused by the return shall be borne by the buyer.
The buyer needs to provide the air waybill number and a clear photo of the returned package after sending the package. Before shipping a return, please take a photo of the item for your records.
If the buyer cannot receive the ordered package after 3 months, the buyer can contact the seller for a solution.

Certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Item is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts not caused by seller.
The item was returned more than 14 days after receipt.

Some situations in which sellers cannot refund (if applicable):

Returns without original packaging and documentation will be rejected.
Open/damaged boxes will not be accepted for returns.
The package was lost during the return shipping and the seller never received the returned package.

Refund (if applicable)

1. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.
2. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and a refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over N35.000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for the risk of returning items.
Customers pay only one shipping fee (including returns); no restocking fees are charged to consumers when products are returned.
